Time Collection System

Welcome to the Time Collection System.

Depending on your role, you may have access to only certain items on the menus to the left. Items for which you do not have access may display with no functionality.

Employees can enter and approve time for a specific pay period, including nonproductive time. (Note that the Time Collection System will not calculate accruals or leave balances.)

Departmental Pay Reps and Supervisors can enter and approve time for employees in their departments (with the exception of PPPL employees, who must enter their own time). Departmental Pay Reps and Supervisors can assign/override Project Grants for uncommitted earnings and assign casual employees and students to a task or tasks.

Online help is available to help with specific tasks within the Time Collection System.
